Payment (to secure your tee time)
- After we confirm your booking, we will send you a secure online payment link.
- Please pay within 24 hours to secure the confirmed tee time(s). If payment is not received in time, the golf course may release the slot and your preferred tee time(s) may be lost.
- After we receive your payment, we will send you a PDF e-voucher (booking confirmation) via email or your preferred messaging app (WhatsApp/LINE). Please present it at the golf course pro shop / check-in counter upon arrival—you may show it on your mobile phone or present a printed copy.
Payment method
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB & UnionPay credit or debit cards via the online payment link.
- A 3 percents credit card processing fee applies to every booking and is added on top of the booking price. The total payable will be shown before you confirm payment.
Why the online link is safe with us
We use Omise Payment Links+, a professional hosted checkout system by Omise Co., Ltd.
- You enter your card details directly on Omise’s secure payment page.
- Omise is PCI DSS Level 1 certified (a leading global payments security standard).
- Transactions are protected using encrypted checkout and tokenization (card details are processed by the payment platform, not stored by us).
- 3DS (SMS OTP) required: Your bank will send a 6-digit number one-time password (OTP) by SMS to your registered mobile number. Please have your phone ready to receive SMS during payment—without the OTP, the payment cannot be completed.
- It is also convenient: you can pay from anywhere, and we receive confirmation quickly so we can keep your tee time secured.
Note: The merchant name shown on the payment page will be our registered legal entity, “Phuket Travel Co., Ltd.” Please note that the website name may not appear on the payment page.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All deadlines are based on the scheduled tee-off time. (GMT+7)
Golf Bookings: (Individual)
- More than 14 days before tee-off: Refund available.
- Less than 14 days before tee-off or no-show: No refund.
Group Golf Bookings: (More than 5 golfers)
- More than 14 days before tee-off: Refund available
- Less than 14 days before tee-off or no-show: No refund.
Stay/Play Package Bookings: (golf + hotel)
- Hotel cancellation terms vary by hotel and season. We will provide the exact policy once all reservations are confirmed.
Refund processing
- Refunds (when applicable) are returned to the original payment method.
- For card payments, the 3 percents processing fee and any non-recoverable gateway/bank charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
